Refund Policy
Cancellation 14 days prior to your equipment reservation pick up date is fully refundable.
Merchandise refunds and returns are given within 30 days of clothing/item purchase. Items must be accomponied by the reciept, original tags, and in pristine condition.

How Flatiron Collects Information About You
When you visit the Flatiron Sports website, we collect your IP address and standard web log information, such as your browser type and the pages you accessed on our website.
If you place an online reservation, we collect:
- Contact information - your name, address, phone, email, and other similar information.
- Financial information - We do not store financial information. Your financial info is encrypted and processed directly through Authorize.net or PayPal.
Finally, we may collect additional information from or about you in other ways not specifically described here. For example, we may collect information related to your contact with our customer support team or store results when you respond to a survey.

With the exception of sharing your personal information with Authorize.net or PayPal when you place a deposit for sport equipment rentals, we do not share your personal information with third parties.
Flatiron Sports does not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business.
